Tax ID: B-53246666. registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, Journal 133, Entry 1169, Volume 2073 general, Folio 85, Entry A-45623, Inscription 1, is the licensee of www.juguetilandia.co.uk, and its online store. Therefore, it is entitled to carry out the information and selling operations of the products displayed online, according to the conditions described in the different sections, without thereby ignoring or violating the terms and conditions regulated by the current Spanish Trade Law. All prices shown on this page include VAT.

3. Payment methods

If our security department is suspicious of any online behaviour being a fraud, Juguetilandia.co.uk reserves the right to cancel the transaction for safety reasons.

Juguetilandia.co.uk provides customers with the following methods of payment:

  • Bank card (credit or debit): If you prefer to pay by card, the customer's order will not be taken into account and will not be proceeded until the payment has been authorised by your bank. The online payment by credit card is protected by a security system "Secure Socket Layer", that encrypts your bank information when transfered online. For safety reasons, Juguetilandia.co.uk verifies every order paid by a bank card. We accept Maestro cards and any Visa and Mastercard registered in the security payment system Verified by Visa. Furthermore, for every order whose amount is over a rate set by Juguetilandia.co.uk, the customer will have to provide an ID and a proof of housing, which must be sent to the fax address or the e-mail duly indicated.
  • Bank transfer or deposit

    The Customer must make the bank transfer to the accoun specified in due course. Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an automatic e-mail with the details of the bank account which the payment has to be made to.

    IMPORTANT: In the transfer you must specify as a concept the reference indicated once the order has been completed.

    IMPORTANT: In case of bank transfer payments, products cannot be reserved until the deposit has gone through.

  • PayPal: The Customer can pay fast and safely by using a PayPal account or with their bank card (debit or credit). PayPal codifies automatically all sensible and confidential information using the best and most innovative technology in the market.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail where you will be informed about your order. Once the payment has gone through, we will proceed with the shipping of your order.

It is our duty to inform you that no data regarding bank accounts, card number or passwords will be kept in our servers, as this data is processed directly by the banking system and it is not stored in any other place apart from the banking entity. Likewise, card payments are made through payment gateways protected by an encrypted security protocol (https), so the data between the customer and the bank is transferred through codes that only the bank is aware of.

Caixa Catalunya and Paypal gateways are certified by Verisign company. Both payment methods are safer than any other payment method in physical stores with physical POS.

4. Deliveries and Returns

4.1. Shipments

Shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the items bought. Shipping costs are accessible at any time from your shopping trolley before the purchase is completed.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not be subject to any kind of formality and may be accredited in any manner permitted by law. In any case, it is considered validly exercised by the transfer of the withdrawal document or by the return of the received products.

As we specified in the shipping fees section, in case of return, we will proceed with refunding our customer with the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs. The customer must bear with the return shipping costs, so when you return the product you must specify that the shipping fees have been paid, otherwise we will have to reject your return. The returned items must be sent back in perfect condition and with its original package.

If the purchaser claims that the product has manufacturing faults and this is sent back to the dealer for inspection and/or repair, the customer will be charged with the shipping and return costs in case the product is deemed to be faultless.

For health reasons, any item of clothing or accessory for personal use cannot be returned if they have already been unsealed after the delivery.

For copyright reasons, products or accessories which may have been copied, such as DVD, CD or videogames, cannot be returned in case they have been unsealed. In the event that the product be defective, and after inspection, another indentical product will be sent to you.

Returns won't be admitted untill the dealer has checked the product and accessories or the package hasn't been manipulated or damaged fraudulently or for misuse by the customer. If everything is ok, a balance refund will be applied to the customer's account. This process won't take more than 14 days from the moment we are notified of the returning decision.

If you want to return a product after having accepted the delivery, you must contact the dealer previously and ask for instructions. You can send us a message by filling in our contact form writing the order number or you can also call our customer service number: 902 303 818 from 9,30 a.m to 1 p.m and from 4 p.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday and from 9,30 to 1,p.m on Saturdays.

5. Warranty

Deadlines

1. The dealer answers to non conformity claims during a two (2) year period since the delivery of the good. For second-hand goods, the dealer and the customer shall come to an agreement on a shorter deadline, which will not be shorter than a year upon delivery.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that lack of conformity taking place within 6 months after the delivery already existed right after delivery, except when such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.

5. The customer and user shall notify the dealer of the lack of conformity within a period of two (2) months from the moment they became aware of it. Failure to comply with the that period of time shall not entail loss of the corresponding right to sanitation. However, the customer is held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the delay in communication.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the communication of the customer and user has taken place within the deadline.

6. Items

Manufacturers aim at improving the quality and design of the products. If you want to make sure of similar appearence of the product before buying, you can contact us through our custom service system and we will gladly inform you about it.

Some of the items displayed on our online store www.juguetilandia.co.uk are NOT available in our physical stores. Therefore, these can only be obtained buying online. These items will be sent by a courier agency.

For the sole purpose of showing a better perspective of the items or the different models in every reference, the images may show more than one unit of these items.

7. Privacy policy

DATA PROTECTION. We inform you that your personal data stored in PASTOR TOYS INTERNACIONAL, S.L shall be processed automatically in our files.

The purpose of this database is to facilitate the processing of orders and to send information and newsletters about products and services that could be of interest to our customers.

The data subject commits to informing the company about any modification of their data in writing.

At any moment, you are free to exercise your right to access, correction, cancellation and refusal of your personal details established in the Organic Law 15/1999. Both parts are subject, by their choice, to the conflict resolution and, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the aforementioned tribunals and courts. Likewise, as a firm which is a member of CONFIANZA ONLINE (trust online) and under the terms of its Ethical Code, in the case of controversy relating to contracting and advertising online, data protection, protection of minors and accessibility, the user may turn to CONFIANZA ONLINE's out-of-court controversy resolution system.

9. Gift Card

To use the Juguetilandia Gift Card service, you must accept terms and conditions on the use of Juguetilandia gift card.

1st.- You are only allowed to send images of which you own the entirety of intellectual property rights or if you have the authorisation of the person who owns them.

2nd.- When uploading an image, we save it temporarily in our server so as to supply it only to those customers to whom you have given your consent, as stipulated data protection and privacy law. These images will remain in our server for 5 days from the date your gift card was sent. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use this service. It is strictly prohibited to send any illegal, pornographic, slanderous, offensive, obscene, racist or reprehensible content. Juguetilandia reserves the right to delete documents which do not abide by these rules.

3rd.- Juguetilandia will not be held responsible for any damage (direct or indirect) due to the violation of the rules and conditions of the Gift Card contract.
